Gossip Girl season 1 episode 3 live stream: Watch online
HBO Max’s flashy reboot of The CW’s classic Gossip Girl has two episodes under its belt. Based on what we’ve seen so far, the primary conflict is between Zoya and Julien, who as of the end of last week’s episode, had struck a sort of uneasy peace.
Beyond that, the stakes are low for our new group of Upper East Siders. Aside from the very strange new Gossip Girl, the reboot mostly feels like any other flashy and glossy HBO teen series. But it’s still early yet, and perhaps that will change with this week’s episode.
Per IMDB, the synopsis for the third episode, “Lies Wide Shut,” reads:
"While the school takes drastic measures to smoke out Gossip Girl’s identity, a blind item threatens to put an end to a Constance couple. Julien and Max uncover shocking family secrets. Zoya turns to an unlikely ally for help."
Based on the synopsis, it looks like the new Gossip Girl, Ms. K is going to have her hands full. While they’ve previously hinted that she is a bit obsessed and arrogant with her new moniker. Perhaps “Lies Wide Shut” will see her flying too close to the sun and get caught as a result…

As seen in the preview above, this week’s episode will also pick up on the surprise coupling that happened at the end of last week’s episode between Max and Audrey. Considering that Max kissed her ex, Aki, before he kissed her, we’re sure there’s plenty of intrigue in store.
