Christmas in Evergreen

The Christmas in Evergreen movies were inspired by the art of Geoff Greenleaf, one of Hallmark Cards’ artists. The charming town of Evergreen, Vermont, comes to life and the town is as much a character as the actual characters.

Veterinarian Allie (Ashley Williams) plans to spend the holidays with her boyfriend in Washington D.C. while Ryan (Teddy Sears) and his daughter are heading to Florida. A series of random events lead Ryan and Zoe past Allie, who is having car trouble. They have lunch at the diner owned by Allie’s mother Carol, and Zoe makes a wish that they can spend Christmas in Evergreen.

As you can imagine, the magical snow globe grants this wish. A storm moves in and prevents everyone from leaving.

Now that they’re all staying in town, the town’s magic starts working on Ryan and Allie. Barbara (Holly Robinson Peete) hosts a festival in town that brings everyone closer together. Sometimes you need a little push to help see what you really want in life, and all it takes is a magical town to make it happen.
