Hallmark Channel’s Her Pen Pal: Synopsis, trailer, cast, how to watch
It’s a Galavant reunion in the all-new Hallmark Channel original movie Her Pen Pal, debuting as part of the Summer Nights programming on June 19. The new original film takes viewers on a trip to the City of Lights when a wedding planner has to travel to Paris for her best friend’s destination wedding.
Synopsis
Victoria (Mallory Jansen) has a problem. She’s traveling to Paris to be the maid of honor at her best friend’s wedding. As a wedding planner herself, she knows that weddings are always a bit dramatic, but when she finds out that the best man is her ex, and he’s bringing a date, she realizes she needs to make sure she has a plus one of her own.
Thankfully, her former pen pal Jacques (Joshua Sasse) is available to fill in and help her out, but could they rekindle their love for each other?

Cast
Her Pen Pal stars Mallory Jansen and Joshua Sasse, both Galavant alums.
In addition to her work as Queen Madalena in Galavant, Jansen also starred in the 2020 Hallmark Channel Christmas movie On the 12th Date of Christmas. She’s appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Baby Daddy and Young & Hungry.
Sasse starred as Galavant in the beloved series, and he also starred in No Tomorrow and Rogue.
The movie was written by Joie Botkin and directed by Clare Niederpruem.
