Besame Cosmetics gives us the latest installment of their Iconic Women series
When it comes to iconic women, there is no doubt that Marilyn Monroe makes the list. And Besame Cosmetics is channeling that icon in their new collection.
Since Besame Cosmetics launched, they have been giving us makeup collections that are all about vintage beauty and nostalgia. And there is something about an iconic woman such as Marilyn Monroe that truly screams “vintage beauty.”
Starting on April 23, fans of Besame and Marilyn herself will be able to get their hands on this impressive collection which includes 15 pieces inspired by what the actress wore. In fact, this is more than just beauty made to look like what Marilyn Monroe would wear, but according to a press release about this launch, this collection “includes recreations of Marilyn’s own makeup based on items from her personal effects.”
According to the founder of Besame Cosmetics, “We’ve designed this makeup collection to feature Marilyn’s favorite colors and historically accurate products.”

The second set is The Essential Marilyn Collection. This has everything the Valet Case comes with except for the Keepsake Wooden Box and the Refillable Metal Compact with Silver Screen Powder.
Finally, the third set we can choose from is the Red Carpet Compact and Lipstick Set. This is a simple set for the on-the-go woman who is looking for a bit of red carpet glam. This is simply the Refillable Metal Compact and her Red Hot Red Lipstick which is actually in a tube made to look like one that Marilyn used.
