The Walking Dead season 10 episode 21 live stream: Watch online

The six bonus episodes of The Walking Dead season 10 are quickly coming to an end. The Walking Dead 1021 is the second to last of the extra episodes, and it gives fans a chance to see another side of daily life in the apocalypse.

The Walking Dead fans are used to seeing the chaotic life and death situations that define the apocalypse, like fighting Walkers or fighting against human threats. But “Diverged” shows fans another side of apocalypse life that’s more human and less heroic. Both Daryl and Carol are figuring out new paths and adjusting to the way that situations from the recent past have changed them and their dynamic.

The official synopsis for “Diverged” hints at some foreshadowing throughout the episode as Carol and Daryl both need to figure out what comes next for them individually and for their relationship now that The Whisperers are no longer a threat:

"“At the lowest point in their friendship, Daryl & Carol come to a fork in the road and head their separate ways. Carol returns to Alexandria, while Daryl stays on the road, each going into their own type of survival mode.”"
