March romance releases: The Dating Plan by Sara Desai
Daisy Patel has no plans to marry, in The Dating Plan by Sara Desai, too bad her family isn’t on the same page. She’s a successful software engineer but to them her life won’t be complete without a husband. Cue an impromptu marriage pact with her brother’s best friend (and her childhood crush), Liam Murphy.
Liam has the kind of drive a venture capitalist needs, he’d have the inheritance too if his grandfather hadn’t put a pesky stipulation on what he left him. Liam has to marry in order to inherit making Daisy and him the perfect people for each other at the moment.
She needs a husband, and he needs a wife. Simple and convenient, right? Not really. Liam broke Daisy’s heart nine years ago, and while they’re faking their engagement that doesn’t mean old feelings and a shared history aren’t liable to get in the way. All may be fair in love and war but no one’s ever said what’s fair in fake dating and pulling the wool over people’s eyes.
The Dating Plan is available now in print, audio, and e-book format
March romance releases: Sweethand by N.G. Peltier
Sweethand is the first book in N.G. Peltier‘s Island Bites series. Or at least she’s trying but with her younger sister’s impending nuptials, and her mother’s increasingly intense matchmaking, Cherisse’s determination to focus on anything but romance is proving difficult.
Figuring if she at least entertains her mom’s attempts at finding her love, she’ll get her to back off, Cherisse agrees to meet one of these oh so eligible suitors only to come face to face with Keiran King, best man to the groom and the most annoying person Cherisse has ever met though to be fair her memory of him stems from her school days.
The two are grown now. Surely they can make it through one wedding without butting heads endlessly. Cherisse knows her mom is hoping to cook up a romance, but she’d settle for this not melting down into a disaster. There may be sparks flying between her and Keiran but that also means there’s the potential to get burned.
Sweethand will be available March 30 in print and e-book format.
