Passionflix options Brittainy Cherry’s The Air He Breathes

Passionflix continues to stay busy during the pandemic with the announcement that they have optioned another book, The Air He Breathes by Brittainy Cherry. Now that the project has been announced, a script will be developed and a search for the perfect cast will begin.

The Air He Breathes is a haunting love story centered on two people who know love and loss intimately. Elizabeth and Tristan have been through so much, and when fate brings them together it’s hard for them to see that they actually need each other more than they know.

It was at the top of Amazon’s bestseller list, and it’s the perfect addition to the Passionflix family of films.

The Air He Breathes is the first book in Cherry’s The Elements Series, which includes The Fire Between High & Lo, The Silent Waters and The Gravity of Us. At this point, there is no word whether the other books in the series have been optioned or not.

Passionflix Adds The Air He Breathes To Its List Of Upcoming Projects

Milwaukee-based author Brittainy Cherry has written over a dozen books and has risen to the top of Amazon’s bestseller lists with her work. Given the success of Sylvain Reynard’s The Gabriel Series and K. Bromberg’s Driven Series, there is no doubt that Cherry’s fans will be thrilled to see Tristan and Elizabeth’s story come to life.

If you’re keeping track, The Air He Breathes is the second book optioned thus far in 2021, following last week’s announcement that rock and roll romance Lick, the first book in Kylie Scott’s Stage Dive Series, has also been optioned by the romance streamer.

Passionflix, the brainchild of CEO Tosca Musk, kept busier than most studios in 2020. Even with the pandemic raging, they were able to release four feature films and five holiday-themed short films, and they also filmed a movie and two seasons of a series under strict pandemic safety protocol. 2021 looks to be a very busy year as well with the release of Gabriel’s Rapture and Fueled, the second season of K. Bromberg’s Driven Series.
