When Tara Met Farah by Tara Pammi

The first book in Tara Pammi‘s Bollywood Drama & Dance Society series–entitled When Tara Met Farah–sees Tara Muvvala hiding her failing math grade from her mother along with a food vlog quickly becoming a sensation. Tara doesn’t want to let her mom down, but she and math simply don’t get along. Still, failing is unacceptable and Tara has to do something to improve or else she risks not only disappointing her mother but also getting caught in a snowballing lie.

Enter Farah Ahmed, gifted math genius and her mother’s research intern. She’s just the woman Tara needs and their relationship can be mutually beneficial. She’ll pass her class and Farah will gain access to the local Bollywood Drama & Dance Society to meet her dance idol. It’s a win-win.

But when this quid quo pro begins stretching the boundaries of the deal these women struck, math and dancing stop being the only things between them. Farah is dealing with the loss of her mother, her recent emigration to the U.S. to be near her dad, and a break-up but in all of that Tara is an unexpected bright light. And for Tara, math (her sworn enemy) may have brought her love in a way she could have never imagined.

When Tara Met Farah will be available January 26 in e-book format.
