That 70s mom

After A View to a Kill, Roberts seemed to disappear from the spotlight, until she returned to television in 1998 as the glamorous Midge Pinciotti on That ’70s Show.

Midge was the mother of Donna Pinciotti, played by actress Laura Prepon. Midge was the sexy neighborhood mom the guys would fantasize about during their teen years but, additionally, she was the best friend of Kitty Forman (Debra Jo Rupp).

While often dim-witted, Midge was also a kind-hearted woman who develops feminist ideals throughout the show. Roberts was a series regular during the first three seasons of the show but returned in a recurring capacity during the sixth and seventh seasons.

Tanya Roberts is survived by her significant other, Lance O’Brien, and sister, Barbara Chase. Roberts was just 65 years old.
