When it came to friends, Harry Potter found the perfect friend in Ron Weasley and getting to see the two of them together was a beautiful aspect of the series.
Harry Potter and Ron Weasley meant each other on their way to Hogwarts and instantly became friends and that friendship blossomed into something beautiful for fans of the Harry Potter series to watch and enjoy.
They’re wonderful characters on their own but getting to see these characters together and watching as their friendship blossomed before us on screen was truly a magical experience. Because Ron and Harry were there for each other in ways that many of us then longed for.
When Harry Potter had no one, he knew that Ron Weasley would somehow come back to him. Even when they fought during Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, they still somehow forgot their issues when the other needed them because that’s what friends do.
That’s what they taught us as audiences. That no matter what, we can count on our friends to come back to us and be there. And sure, that’s maybe wishful thinking for every single friend group but it’s still a beautiful lesson to teach audiences.
Reminding us that we should try to find friends who care about us and want us to succeed and who are willing to help us. Ron Weasley wasn’t perfect and neither is Harry Potter but together, they could try and figure out the right thing to do to help one another and grow in a world that was coming after them and that’s why their friendship was so beautiful.
