The Mandalorian season 2 episode 4 live stream: Watch online
This week’s installment of The Mandalorian brings viewers back to the overarching plot — and reunites Mando and the Child with some friends.
The Mandalorian‘s second season started with plenty of action, but most of that action has been confined to episodic installments up until this point. Although last week’s Chapter 11 gave Mando an idea of where he might learn more about Baby Yoda — and tied into Star Wars animated series like Rebels and Clone Wars — it mostly focused on an individual mission, and not one that revealed much about the Child’s origins.
Chapter 12, titled “The Siege” changes things up a bit, reuniting Mando with some old acquaintances — and taking them on a mission that just might reveal some new things about what’s left of the fallen Empire and the Child.
According to the official synopsis for the episode:
"“The Mandalorian rejoins old allies for a new mission.”"
It isn’t much to go by, but we’d wager that Cara Dune or Greef Karga shows up at some point. Since Disney+ doesn’t release episode previews each week, we’re going off what we’ve seen in the trailer — and since we know these characters return — and they’re some of Mando’s only pals — it makes sense they’d make an appearance in Chapter 12.

As far as what Mando and his allies will be up to, we’ll have to tune in for the latest episode to find out. Whatever it is, though, fans won’t want to miss more adorable Baby Yoda moments (or more intergalactic action).
