Send Me Their Souls – Sara Wolf

Send Me Their Souls marks the conclusion of Sara Wolf’s vastly underrated Bring Me Their Hearts series, which follows the story of Zera, an immortal unaging girl known as a Heartless, who is bound to the service of the witch who possesses her heart.

In this final book, Zera and her friends try to stop the powerful sinister Varia — the witch who used to control her heart – from destroying the world. Their journey will see them consult the high witches for aid, try and track down the mysterious Glass Tree, even as Zera must confront her own future. Does she want to remain a Heartless forever, or become mortal once more?

The official synopsis describes the story as follows.

"Reunited with Lucien, Malachite, and Fione, Zera finally has the choice of whether or not to regain her humanity and give up her life as a Heartless. But with war raging and an army of valkerax on the loose, she’s never needed immortality more. Will they be able to stop Varia without sacrificing themselves in the process? (less)"

Send Me Their Souls is available on November 3.
