The Walking Dead: World Beyond group faces their first serious test of survival in “Madman Across the Water.” Will they all make it through?

The Walking Dead: World Beyond survivors have so far been able to avoid the constant danger from the empties and the threats that come from nature. This week, it looks like their luck on both fronts is about to run out. They’re going to have to contend with empties, the elements, and Felix and Huck trying to get them to turn around and go back to Campus Colony, which they believe is still safe.

The group is going to get tested in ways they haven’t before, and one of them is going to have to decide if their past will define their future — or if they are going to write their own ending to their survival story.

The official synopsis for “Madman Across the Water” reveals that the kids, along with Felix and Huck, will finally start to see what they’re up against in the outside world:

"“While the group works together to cross the Mississippi River, a plot to steer the teens back home hits a snag. A member of the group must overcome past trauma to save the others from an approaching threat.”"
