We all love baby Yoda, probably too much, but how would the star of the Mandalorian hold up in the wizarding world of the Harry Potter series? Would he survive?

Baby Yoda, or “The Child” as he is known on the Disney+ series The Mandalorian, is a character that has taken the world by storm. Which means that we can think about how he’d react to being in the wizarding world of Harry Potter.

Here’s the thing though: Baby Yoda is incredibly strong and powerful so he might look at the magic that Harry and his friends can do and think that it’s nothing compared to his abilities with the Force.

The Force and the magic that Harry Potter uses aren’t that different. Sure, Harry can use specific spells depending on the situation but that’s basically what Baby Yoda does with the Force. He has the power to bend the Force to his will much like Harry has that power with whatever spell he casts so the two worlds could co-exist with each other.

But the question is whether the Child would do well in the wizarding world. And, to be honest, with the way they treat magical creatures, Baby Yoda probably wouldn’t be a great choice for the wizarding world. Because if they were rude to him or didn’t trust him because he’s not a human, that probably wouldn’t end too well for whoever is making fun of the Child or not letting him use his abilities.

So while Baby Yoda could, potentially, live in the same world as Harry Potter, it might be for the best that he’s in a galaxy far far away.
