Why Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne actually works really well
Robert Pattinson is bringing Bruce Wayne to life and while he brought Cedric Diggory and Edward Cullen to life, him playing Batman might be the best casting choice yet.
When it comes to perfect casting, there are few choices that really work right from the start but Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne is one of them. The actor who helped brought Cedric Diggory to life is playing the Dark Knight in Matt Reeves’ The Batman and, honestly, it is a really perfect casting choice.
Pattinson is known as the kind of…well, not really caring about things in interviews but being fun and charismatic and loving the fact that he’s an actor? Those characteristics make it seem like Pattinson is going to be a pretty great Bruce Wayne.
Part of the challenging aspects of Batman’s character is that Bruce Wayne has two personas: The actual Bruce Wayne and the public Bruce Wayne. And, with Pattinson’s Batman being so fresh in his career as the Caped Crusader, it’ll be a fun way of seeing how he plays all these aspects of the character.
So yeah, Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne is going to be a pretty incredible choice. And it seems like the entire movie is going to be a great look in casting that actually works for the characters. But, getting to see Robert Pattinson go from an actor we all knew from the Harry Potter series to now being the Dark Knight himself is wonderfully exciting!
The casting is perfect, he’s going to be a great Bruce Wayne, and getting to see it is going to amazing!
