How close are Harry, Ron, and Hermione years after they’re not at Hogwarts anymore?
In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, we get to see how Harry and his friends are after they leave Hogwarts but are they as close as they were when they were kids?
Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley became friends when they were students at Hogwarts. But as their relationship grew, they ventured into their own families and their own relationships and it’s interesting to look at how their relationship as a group of friends progressed throughout the years.
During Cursed Child, Harry and Hermione are still close enough that the two of them talk about everything going on in their lives like they used to when they were at Hogwarts but it almost feels like Ron and Harry’s friendship has changed. Hermione was always there for Harry to be the one to give him advice and maybe that’s why their part of the friendship is more of a fixture in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child or maybe Harry and Ron just aren’t as close as they were when they were growing up.
But looking at them would be a wonderful thing to look at. Cursed Child isn’t really about Harry and his friends so we definitely didn’t get to see them in a way we would have gotten normally. However, when it comes to the Golden Trio, they are obviously still friends and they’re the kind of people who definitely would always stay together even after all these years.
Still, getting to see them as friends in an exciting and fun way would be a nice addition to the series.
