Some familiar faces from the Harry Potter series are in the movie The Batman!
The Batman has quite the cast and there are a bunch of Harry Potter alumni in the cast so we’re excited for everything the DC movie has to offer fans of the series!
The trailer for The Batman premiered at DC FanDome yesterday and while we knew about a lot of the cast, it was exciting to see so many familiar faces from the Harry Potter series in the film! Not only is Batman himself played by Cedric Diggory (Robert Pattinson) but we also have Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle, Colin Farrell as the Penguin, and more!
Sure, this cast is just filled with brilliant actors but it also shows the caliber of actors who were a part of the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them franchises. They were incredible when they were bringing the magic of the series to life but they are now taking on another iconic character in our pop culture and it’s going to be really fun to see!
The trailer is dark and twisty but it gives us a feel for the character in a new and fun way. Getting to see actors we’ve loved since we were kids take on these iconic characters? That’s absolutely incredible! Seeing Robert Pattinson in something like this? Feels like we’re justified in our love of him from Potter and so on and so forth.
The Batman is going to be a fun movie in general but with these actors means that we have a little bit of fun as fans of the Harry Potter series as well because we get to see some of our favorite actors!
