Do you ever just go “yikes” when you realize something? Because that’s what happened for many of us when we realized that Voldemort actually had a daughter and…oh boy.
So, Voldemort has a kid. Now that you’ve stopped and thought about it for a second, stop and think about the fact that not only does he have a kid but it also means that he’s had sex. Sorry to make everyone think about this but it’s something that has weighed on me for…too long.
When you stop and think about the fact that Palpatine in Star Wars either cloned himself or had sex, it’s very upsetting and the same can be said for Harry Potter fans with Voldemort. Delphini was the daughter of Bellatrix Lestrange and Lord Voldemort.
Sure, we can’t just pretend like Voldemort was a virgin who never touched another human but having the knowledge thrust at us is a bit different. If we never found out that Voldemort and Bellatrix were together than that would have been fine by me.
But Harry Potter and the Cursed Child but that knowledge right in front of us and now we have to think about it. Like when did they decide to have a kid because it had to be in the middle of everything going on and also…no one was around to see Bellatrix was pregnant?
There are many questions I have and they all end with me wondering why I care about this and maybe it’s just because I want to know who would look at Voldemort and say “Okay, let’s do this”.
