Family Fun

While we saw the family members at each other’s throats last season, the dynamic in season two is completely different (well, for the most part). It’s almost like the characters get a clean slate —  sometimes literally, as in Vanya’s case of amnesia. Even though the Hargreeves are split up in time, once they’re reunited, the genuine love and support they have for each other shines through.

Whether it’s helping Klaus (Robert Sheehan) get over his heartbreak from not being able to save his doomed lover from joining the army or Vanya asking for her family’s help in going back to Sissy’s farm to help her son, this season has a whole new synergy.

We also get to see a lot more of Ben (Justin H. Min), who, while still stuck with Klaus, is able to have his own storyline separate from the rest of the family. It was also nice to see a softer side of Diego (David Castaneda), who starts a relationship with Lila (Ritu Arya), a woman who comes with her own set of secrets.
