The Black family resided at Number 12 Grimmauld Place and Harry Potter used the house of his father figure as a home base. So why can I not stop thinking about it?

Harry Potter went to Number 12 Grimmauld Place during Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix to be with his godfather, Sirius Black, but the house is more than just where Sirius Black and the order could hideout. It is part of the Black family legacy and after Sirius Black dies and Harry Potter has control of it, we get to see it a bit more but why is it that I can’t stop thinking about it?

Probably because the house is filled with history and twists about the wizarding world as well as Sirius Black and even Harry potter. But with Number 12 Grimmauld Place, there was so much to unpack and explore to understand these characters and where they came from and where they were going.

Harry didn’t really have anyone in his family, not anymore, but he could go back to Grimmauld Place and connect with Sirius and the man that his father chose as something like a brother. It was always about the little things with Harry, connecting to his parents and the people they were as he could, and it was a beautiful thing to see.

So maybe that’s why I always think back to Number 12 Grimmauld Place. Maybe that connection is something to remember and think back on but whatever it is, Grimmauld Place is a wonderfully fun part of the Harry Potter series.
