Outlander season 5 finale live stream: Watch online

The Outlander season 5 finale airs tonight. Here’s everything you need to know to live stream the timeless love of Claire and Jamie Fraser.

This season of Outlander has been a wild, emotional ride. Beginning with the wedding of Roger and Bree, leading up to the face-off between the Redcoats and Regulators at the Battle of Allamance, and culminating in the ending of Stephen Bonnet.

And then, last week, Claire was taken … again, making for quite the cliffhanger.

Let’s see what’s in store for tonight’s finale with the preview for “Never My Love”:

The preview seems to focus primarily on Jamie, so hopefully that means we won’t have to see too much of Claire’s horrific circumstances. Thankfully, Jamie has plenty of help at hand, including Young Ian. (If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times — aren’t we so glad Young Ian is back?!)

Per IMDb, the synopsis for “Never My Love” reads:

"“Claire struggles to survive brutal treatment from her captors, as Jamie gathers a group of loyal men to help him rescue his wife; Roger and Brianna’s journey takes a surprising turn.”"

Apparently, there will be some pretty graphic torture on Claire’s part, which isn’t too surprising for Outlander, but it is disappointing to see them fall back into old habits. (Old habits being assault of women as a plot device.)

That said, Outlander usually has more in store than what appears at the outset. No matter what, we know that the finale will be emotional, heartwrenching, and hopefully satisfying, too.
