The Deathly Hallows brings to life interesting sides to human beings and what makes us tick but with the resurrection stone, there is a different kind of beauty to the people who relate to it.

Within the Harry Potter series, the Deathly Hallows are made up of the invisibility cloak, elder wand, and the resurrection stone. While the invisibility cloak means a lot because James Potter left it for Harry and the elder wand is important to the series overall, there is a beauty to the resurrection stone that we don’t often think about.

Going back to your loved ones, clinging to them can be a good and a bad thing. Focusing your energy on those who have passed is not beneficial to anyone, especially the living. But the resurrection stone in Harry’s case was there when he needed it most and brought him his parents, Remus, and Sirius.

Harry couldn’t go through it on his own. He couldn’t walk into his own death without those on his side and so he uses the resurrection stone to carry those with him that he loves the most. Something like this, the beauty of Harry walking to face his own death with his parents and those two men who were there for him when no one else was?

That beauty is what makes the resurrection stone one of the most important aspects of the Deathly Hallows. It’s there to provide you comfort when you need it most, you just can’t abuse it.

dark. Next. It’s okay to just love the Harry Potter books but not the movie versions of them

Do you like the resurrection stone, elder wand, or the invisibility cloak the best? Is it because of Harry’s connection to them or your own? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
