Which Harry Potter character would do the best in the social distancing era?
Right now, we’re all practicing social distancing because of the Coronavirus so which character in the Harry Potter series would be the best at keeping themselves and others safe?
So much of the Harry Potter series is about keeping your friends safe and helping each other and yet now, in the era of social distancing and self-quarantining because of the Coronavirus, we have to keep each other safe by not being with each other. So, who would be the best in this situation?
To be honest, I think it might be Harry James Potter himself. Growing up, he was pretty much alone. He would go into the cupboard under the stairs and stay away from his aunt, uncle, and cousin so I think he’d be okay with being away from every. Sure, he’d miss Ron and Hermione but he’d at least have Ginny and his own kids right now to keep him company.
That being said, if he was still alive, I think that Sirius Black would do well. He was in Grimmauld Place with just Kreacher, he was in Azkaban alone, and he’d started to just stay home on his own. If he was to be quarantined and just stay locked in his house, Sirius Black would do great.
Overall, these characters probably wouldn’t need to. Their wizards and witches. They’d probably just put like a bubble mask on or something and keep themselves alive but alas, we can at least think about it and wish we could be a witch and wizard in these dark times.
