The Cinematography

First and foremost, the cinematography for the series is awe-inspiring.

Shot on location in at least eight different countries, every piece of scenery is a feast for the eyes. Whether it’s a gay pride parade in Sao Paulo, Brazil or a simple sunrise in Amsterdam, Sense8 delivers on all fronts.

The show frequently filmed in Berlin, Chicago, London, Mexico City, Mumbai, Nairobi, Reykjavik, San Francisco, and Seoul. It is an easy way to go sight-seeing without leaving the safety of your home, while being entertained at the same time.

The creative team traveled with just a skeleton crew and the actors, but hired locals to fill out the rest of the production team as they went around the world.
