While many of us grew up watching and reading the Harry Potter series, there are younger generations who do not know it yet and it’s important to share it with the new generation.

Harry Potter was part of our joy growing up, at least if you were part of the generation of kids who got to read and watch the movies as kids. We experienced the magic and waited until we got our own Hogwarts letters and when we didn’t, we would still pretend like we could all go to Hogwarts if we wished.

So why is there a shocking lack of kids reading the Harry Potter series these days? Probably because they don’t have someone who wants to show it to them right away, which is fine, but there is an importance to sharing stories and things we love with the younger generations that might be skipping over Harry Potter right now.

When it comes time for nighttime readings or when you’re stuck away and can’t find something to watch, maybe it’s time to start showing those we know the series. It’s a fun story to revisit at different points in our lives as well, as adults.

Getting to go back through it but with a younger generation? Getting to each your kids or those kids in your family about the journey of Harry Potter and his friends to defeat Voldemort? It can be a fun new way to look at the series and give it a new light. So why not spend time with your family and actually get to see the Harry Potter series in a new fun way?
