The excitement of seeing Cedric Diggory take on the Batman
Growing up as fans of the Harry Potter series, many of us loved Robert Pattinson as Cedric Diggory but getting to see him take on Batman? Even better than anything he’s done before.
Playing Batman is a time-honored tradition for fans of DC comics and our very own Cedric Diggory taking on the role? Honestly one of the best things that could have happened. The thing is, we just love Robert Pattinson and his career and getting to support him as Bruce Wayne just makes it that much better!
With The Batman, we don’t know much about the actual storyline but we have our hopes. I know that I want him to actually be a detective and not just a rich superhero who throws his money around (which is what every version of Batman has been in recent years). So to see Robert Pattinson tackle another iconic character in our cultural zeitgeist?
That’s going to be exciting. For so long, I have followed his career and seeing the fact that he is taken seriously and getting these roles even now? It’s a weird feeling of justification. We loved Robert Pattinson, we knew of his ability and talent, and now we get to see how that works out for him now.
Again, we don’t know much about The Batman but knowing that Robert Pattinson is involved makes it a bit more exciting. Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz in the same movie? It’s a Harry Potter fans dream and we can’t wait to see what Matt Reeves’s The Batman has in store for us.
