We’re going into full wedding planning mode on The Bold Type this week, and J. Lo probably couldn’t hold a candle to it.

When a man proposes, he’s proposing to more than just the love of his life. He’s also proposing to the love of his life’s best friends. That’s just the rule.

Luckily, The Bold Type’s Richard Hunter was well aware of that. He knew to get Kat and Jane’s blessing before he gave Sutton the rock. Now, it’s time for the ladies to start planning the wedding. And knowing these three, it’s about to be a ride.

Naturally, it’ll involve donuts. Watch the teaser for this week’s episode of The Bold Type below:

Obviously, no wedding can go perfectly smooth from start to finish, and Suttard’s wedding will be no exception. There may be donuts involved, but there may not be a wedding dress, if the promo is leading things where it looks like.

Personally, I wouldn’t mind seeing Sutton walk down the aisle in a creation of her own. Design may not have been the right career path for her, but that doesn’t mean she can’t come up with a fabulous wedding day look (especially now that she’s a fashion influencer).

It seems Sutton isn’t the only one having an issue with wedding attire though. Andrew appears to be very upset about men wearing matching tuxes when they get married. (Naturally, Jane has turned planning for Sutton’s wedding into an article idea, which means EVERYONE gets to get in on the fun).

Speaking of fun, it looks like Kat will be having some of her own this week, as she tries out casual dating. Do we think she’s really ready to move on from Adena yet? Kat has been pouring herself into her work – even Jacqueline has noticed.
