If you missed out on the 2019 event, there’s nothing to worry about. There is an event coming, although an exact date isn’t known. The best thing is that Niantic, which makes the game, is the one hosting the event, making it an official one for all fans.

The first event took place in Indianapolis over Labor Day weekend. It was a chance for fans to get together and look for rogue magical objects around a specific location. New friendships were formed and a great time was had by all.
Now it’s time to do it again. Niantic knows that these types of events are popular, so it’s no surprise the second official Harry Potter: Wizards Unite event will happen.

The company announced this at the same time as sharing there would be more Pokemon Go and Ingress events coming throughout the year, according to Engadget. For Ingress players, there are three events planned for around the globe. With any hope, these are so successful that Niantic will bring the global events for Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. Pokemon Go is already proving successful internationally, so it shouldn’t be too hard to see the Potterhead potential.
