There is a beautiful journey of love in the Harry Potter series and looking at it through the parents of the franchise is an interesting take on the series as a whole.

Parents in the Harry Potter series are interesting because so often, they’re either dead or pass the baton on to their children to take on Voldemort. From the Weasleys to even the rest of the adults in the series, they seem to lose their hope in a way that Harry and his friends do not.

But focusing on the parents and their love, there is clearly a thread from each kind of parent. Harry’s were willing to die to protect their son, the Weasleys are the loving parents who make sure their kids are happy, and then the Malfoys aren’t the best kind of parents but they want to protect their son when it comes down to it.

It’s simple: Parenting is different for everyone. That’s why we’re all varied in our relationships with our parents. So now, looking at the series and recognizing that, we can see how each “kind” of parent is represented in different ways.

But that’s just how the series is as a whole. It’s all about the love these characters have for one another, whether as a parent or as a friend. We see the beauty of caring for one another in different ways and it is absolutely incredible watching and reading this series now and seeing the difference as adults makes it so much better.

Everyone in the Harry Potter series cares about each other and that’s why, in turn, we end up loving these characters so much.

There is always going to be a reason for us to absolutely hate Peter Pettigrew. dark. Next
