Daniel Radcliffe’s post Harry Potter career is truly a wonderful thing
While he will always be our Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe post his Hogwarts robes is an excitingly fun thing to see on screen from time to time!
Daniel Radcliffe may always be our Harry Potter but his career post-Hogwarts is quite interesting. First of all, there is the lovely show Miracle Workers that Radcliffe stars in but from there, his movies branch into a bit of a different path.
And maybe it is because he didn’t want to be shoe-horned into the idea of being Harry Potter for the rest of his life or something else entirely but Daniel Radcliffe’s career is fun, out there, and filled with twists and turns that many of us did not see coming for him.
But why? As I pointed out, I think a lot of it has to do with Potter in a roundabout way. When you are in something that big and over-powering, it can feel like you need to constantly escape it and maybe that’s what he did. He just wanted to be outside of that world and do whatever he needed to to make a name for himself. That knowledge, knowing that Daniel Radcliffe can play all these different roles and bring to life so many different worlds is amazing.
From The Woman in Black to his new work, Daniel is constantly changing and growing as an actor and it is beautiful to see as fans. We’ve been here from the beginning and to see him continue to work and grow is something that we can’t help but love for Radcliffe as well as the rest of the Potter cast.
