Watch the Harry Potter movies on SYFY over Christmas
By Callum Gunn
The Harry Potter movies are a Christmas staple. Feel the magic this Christmas with SYFY. Here’s the Harry Potter schedule for the holiday season.
The Harry Potter movies have become a staple over the holiday season, filling us with feelings of Christmas. Sadly, the UK won’t see the movies air, but that’s not the case for fans in the U.S. If you have access to SYFY, you’ll get to watch the movies throughout the Christmas season.
It all starts on Dec. 21, with the first two movies from the franchise. While these aren’t necessarily the best, they are among the most important. Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone gives us the beginning of the tale. We get to see friendships form, enemies gained, and the start of a story that would leave us engrossed for years.
More from Harry Potter

- Harry Potter continues to inspire generations – including Jack Harlow
Not enough? Don’t worry; SYFY has the rest of the movies. You’ll want to tune in on Sunday, Dec. 22. We’ll start with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone again, before working through the next three movies. The next half of the franchise will air on Dec. 23.
If you’re like me and you work on Monday, you’ll need to put it all on record. You can then watch on Christmas Day, allowing you to feel the magic of the movies at a time that suits you.
