Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire illustrated edition will hit shelves later this year. The sneak peek makes the arrival of the Triwizard competitors come to life.

J.K. Rowling certainly painted an excellent picture of the Triwizard competitors arriving at Hogwarts. Just being told from Harry’s point of view, we experienced the magnificence in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. And then the movie certainly developed it as we imagined it and even better.

Now it’s time to get ready for the arrivals to come to life once more with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire illustrated edition sneak peeks. Pottermore and Harry Potter Film both had the sneak peeks to share on Twitter.

When it comes to the arrival of the French all-girls school, the Beauxbatons, we see the image of the beautiful and majestic winged horses pulling the carriages with the beautiful yellow, blue, and orange backdrop of the sky. The footage has been turned into a video with the large wingspan of each of the horses flapping slowly.

A day after the release of the Beauxbatons look, we got to see the Durmstrang ship on the sea. Just look at that water as the Northern European/Western Russian (we still don’t have confirmation of where this school is based) sails into the port at the school.

We get to relive that sense of power and authority from the school as the ship sails in. The back of the ship looks like a shark’s mouth making it clear that the school students are ready for the competition. We later find out that the students are the ones sailing the ships, but there’s no idea of that within the image, leaving it for our imagination yet again.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire illustrated edition is the fourth book to get the illustrated treatment, and it’s just as beautiful as the previous three if these sneak peeks are anything to judge. It will be out on Oct. 8 for all of us to decide for ourselves.
