Do you think that Harry Potter and his family likes to watch the Great British Bake Off?

A big show in both the United States and Great Britain, the Great British Bake Off is a big deal so does Harry Potter and his family enjoy watching the baking show?

It is interesting to think about Harry Potter and how he would function in the modern world. One of the ideas is how he and his friends deal with the ever-changing waves of television. While in Hogwarts, it didn’t seem as if there were any televisions for these kids to be watching Friends in the 90s but now that he is out of school, does Harry Potter keep up on television?

For me, I want to know if Harry is watching The Great British Bake Off. A wonderfully heart-warming show that has bakers really rooting for each other and wanting each other to do well, the show is a hit among audiences everywhere. We worry about bread week and who is going to be successful. So, does Harry care about the star baker? Does he have thoughts?

It’s just fun to think about how these characters would exist in our time and what they’d do. Maybe Harry would have a Twitter account solely dedicated to his thoughts on the show and what he thinks about Paul Hollywood. He probably would be upset over Mary Berry leaving the show and want her back.

That being said, we, as fans of the Harry Potter series, just get to think about how Harry would look at television and shows and see what he would like to watch after a hard day at work.
