If you were quick on your feet, you could have seen Harry Potter and the Cursed Child for free

Fans of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child could have experienced the magic yet again and this time, for free! You just had to be quick and ready to buy tickets as soon as possible.

Do you love Harry Potter and the Cursed Child? Well, if you were quick enough, you could have gotten free tickets! That’s right, the Broadway show offered up free tickets to the show for those who wanted to experience the magic. You just had to be quick enough to get them before they sold out.

While a smart marketing technique to get people to talk about the show, it is wild that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child was offering them for free. With a $40 lottery every Friday and the ability to see the show for $80 if not, it is truly one of the most affordable shows on Broadway currently (Moulin Rouge is $50 just to stand in the back of the theater!).

So, what does this mean for the show? Is it doing well still? Hopefully because it’d be nice to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child run for years so we can see how many stars come out to eventually star in it. (Can we stunt cast Daniel Radcliffe though? Is that a possibility?)

Then again, maybe this was just a gift to fans so we could all see the show together and experience the magic. Either way, it was a nice gesture to those who managed to snag the free tickets.
