Dreaming of the magic that is part of the Harry Potter series was almost second nature to us all as fans but it is interesting to look back at how the series affected us all.

It is safe to say that many of us have become better people because of the Harry Potter series. Something we loved growing up, it became a source of creativity for many of us with fan art or fanfiction and beyond. But how does that work now that we are older and the series is over?

Looking at the way the series helped us all to grow into dreamers and those who use our imaginations, it is clear that thinking of a world in which we could escape to the magic of a school where all our friends would be meant that we could forget about our real life problems for a while. Want to ignore that bad math test? Fine, think about Hogwarts.

We suspended our disbelief and waited for our own letters from Hogwarts. We go to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and cry when we see Diagon Alley because this series means more to us than thinking about magic. It is a world that we wanted to be a part of so yes, it helped us all grown creatively and taught us how to be better people in the process.

Sure, there are things about the Potter series that we rather not have in our world but that doesn’t mean we don’t love everything about magic and what it would be like if it existed in our world.

Next. How did the wizarding world and the muggle world co-exist?. dark
