Oscar Isaac as Mr. Green

Over the years, the characters of Clue have gone through several large changes in both personality and appearance, and none more so  than Mr. Green. From an undercover government agent in the movie to a gangster or even a priest, there were quite a few directions we could go with our new version of Mr Green.

However, after looking at the rest of our cast, we decided to go with the smooth, Don Draper-esque businessman version of Mr. Green. As a businessman, Mr. Green is a confident (sometimes cocky) high-roller with a taste for the finer things in life.

As for casting, when we think suave, sexy, and confident, we think Oscar Isaac. Isaac knows how to wear a suit, and he has an air of confidence about him that would make us trip over our own feet to be alone in a room with him — even if that room is in the Clue mansion. Tack that onto his impressive filmography and penchant for genre-hopping, and you’ve got the perfect man to play Mr. Green
