The 100 season 6 episode 12 live stream: Watch online

The sixth season of The 100 has been all about Skaikru trying to do better on the New World. During tonight’s episode, we’ll see if that’s something they can actually achieve.

The overarching theme of The 100‘s sixth season is doing better — or, as Monty would put it, being the “good guys.” That’s something Clarke and the others struggled with on the Ark and on Earth, and it’s something they’re currently having some difficulty implementing on the New World.

The Primes have officially declared war on Skaikru, and they’ve even begun imprisoning their people and using Madi’s bone marrow to continue their cycle of immortality. Even after all of this, Clarke’s plan is to spare as many innocent lives as possible. But fans have to question whether that will be possible during the last two episodes, when the conflict between the two groups is bound to reach its climax.

The preview for tonight’s episode, “Adjustment Protocol,” suggests that doing the right thing may be easier said than done — especially since it seems that Russell and his people aren’t concerned about who gets caught in the crossfire.

And even if Clarke and the others finally succeed at “being the good guys,” will that accomplishment come at a cost? With the Primes prepared to “shoot to kill,” it seems viewers have good reason to be concerned about whether or not all of our favorites will live to see season seven. Fingers crossed that tonight’s episode doesn’t require too many tissues to get through.
