Harry Potter Book Night 2020 theme revealed

The theme for the annual Harry Potter Book Night has been revealed for 2020. It involves fire, winged magical creatures, and a very shiny trophy….
Did you manage to guess the theme yet? You probably did. If you didn’t, you are probably going to kick yourself silly when you hear it. The Harry Potter Book Night 2020 theme is…..drum roll please….The Triwizard Tournament!
The annual event, which celebrates the Wizarding World, will be themed on the famous tournament from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The tournament, which involved the three magical schools, Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and Drumstrang, saw the champions of each school go head to head in three magical challenges, which saw them face dragons, merpeople, and more.

With the theme being based on such a big event from the Wizarding World story, Harry Potter Book Night 2020 is going to be epic. Pure and simple.
There is so much that fans, who are taking part in the event, can do based on this theme. You could do something around each of the three different challenges, the choosing of the champions, the Yule Ball, the list is endless really which is why next years’ Book Night is going to be so exciting.

Now, technically, the theme is for the UK event, but that doesn’t mean it is limited to the UK only. The event in 2019 saw locations all over the world hold their very own book night. Whether it was an official event or some fans throwing it together themselves, it’s what makes the event so magical.
