Not all is well for the Hufflepuffs as Puffs the musical is set to close

Puffs has been a musical that brought joy to being a Hufflepuff but now, that joy is coming to an end as the musical is set to close in New York City this August.

The time has come, the end if here, Puffs is closing. It is a sad day for Hufflepuffs everywhere because finally, they were getting the praise and joy they deserved but then the Great White Way wasn’t ready for it. Or the Great White Way adjacent…it was Off-Broadway.

But that’s beside the point. The point is that this August, Puffs the Musical will play their last performance. A wonderful show that shares the joy of loving the Harry Potter series and being a Hufflepuff is ending and honestly, why don’t we have more shows like this? It’s fun, as a Potter fan, to see these kinds of shows because we understand the brilliance that is this series while also having fun talking about the books.

Sure, we have A Very Potter Musical and the subsequent musicals like it as well as now Harry Potter and the Cursed Child but still, there should be more things like Puffs out there. We have so much fun with this series, love it and all its little quirks to the point where we just want to appreciate it in a new and fun way and sometimes that new and fun way is through a cheesy musical about a Hogwarts house.

So it will be sad to see Puffs end but maybe with its ending, we’ll see the rise in Potter inspired shows again?
