How none of the Marauders really got to meet and spend time with their children

Remus Lupin didn’t really get to know Teddy, James Potter barely had time with Harry, and Sirius and Peter never had kids. Why did the Marauders never get their times?

The Marauders were just a group of friends who spent their time getting lost in mischief and not being the nicest to Severus Snape. In the end, they all reached the end of their lives much too early and many never got to spend time with their own children. Why is that?

James Potter was the first of the Marauders to die. He was killed sacrificing himself for his son and his wife and never got to have the family he wanted. Then, came Sirius. Sirius Black never had a life let alone a family. He was thrown in jail for a crime he didn’t commit and he had to face it with the knowledge that his best friend was dead.

When he died, he did it for James and Harry and everything they lost when they were kids. Remus Lupin may be just as tragic, not getting to know Teddy because of a battle that he felt the need to fight in. Honestly, Peter Pettigrew is the one that none of us really care about.

These friends had so much and then lost it all just as quickly all because of Voldemort and Peter’s desire to serve him. Without him, they could have had full lives and families but Peter Pettigrew betrayed his friends and ruined everyone’s chance at happiness.
