The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man

One of Islands of Adventures’ most iconic attractions is The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. The ride recently celebrated 20 years of being open, and we can understand why it’s still a fan favorite. Located in Marvel Super Hero Island, the ride takes guests on a journey with Spider-Man himself as he gets into a bit of a pinch with a few enemies including Doctor Octopus, the Hobgoblin, Electro, Hydro and Scream.

The queue takes you through the offices of The Daily Bugle, the newspaper Peter Parker works at. As you walk through the queue, you’ll see different tributes and trophy cases belonging to news staff and editors. Then you’re called in to help Spider-Man and investigate what’s going on in New York City!

Once on the attraction, you’ll go through different scenes with Spider-Man as he takes on his enemies. The ride is filled with humor and amazing effects that have stood the test of time. If you love Spider-Man as much as we do you’re going to want to get in line for this one.

The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man has a height requirement of 40 inches and offers rider swap. There is also a single rider line if your group doesn’t mind getting split up. The ride is a 3D motion simulator, so if those types of experiences bother you, you might want to sit this one out.
