It seems like everyone we know loves those adorable Minions from Despicable Me, and we have to agree they are pretty fun! If you love them as much as we do you’re going to want to ride Despicable Me Minion Mayhem at Universal Studios Florida.

The attraction starts off by entering Gru’s house. You’ll pass photos of his family, many Minions, and you’ll even be recruited as a test subject for his latest scheme to have humans become a Minion! Grab a pair of 3D glasses as you get ready for a ride through Gru’s super-villain lab with Gru, Margo, Edith and Agnes.

If motion simulators are usually something that you cannot do, let a team member know. One of the great things about Despicable Me Minion Mayhem is the fact that they have stationary benches where guests can still enjoy the attraction with their family but not be tossed around in a ride vehicle.

Once the ride is over, you have the chance to meet the Minions and take part in a Minion-inspired dance party! Don’t forget to scream “banana” with your new Minion friends as you grab a selfie and post it on Instagram. If you’re looking for a fun family-friendly ride that anyone in your group can enjoy, this is it. Despicable Me Minion Mayhem can get a long line early in the morning since it’s one of the first attractions guests see as they enter the park. Consider doing it closer to the end of the night for a shorter wait.
