Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger ends its second season tonight. You won’t want to miss whether Tandy and Tyrone can save New Orleans yet again

Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger really likes putting the entire city of New Orleans in mortal danger in its season finales.

You have to think that if the threat is big enough, the Avengers would get called in…depending on when this second season of Cloak and Dagger takes place.

In case you missed the official synopsis for the season finale:

"In the action-packed season finale, Tyrone and Tandy head to the Loa dimension to stop the evil force threatening New Orleans. To finally put an end to it, they must come face to face with their own personal issues that have been holding them back. Meanwhile, Mayhem and Evita do their best to hold off the dangers in the real dimension."

Taking on someone who has ascended to a god status shouldn’t be easy for Tandy and Tyrone. Bringing in Mayhem and Evita as backup is a solid plan. We already know Evita has a good grasp at voodoo, but in her auntie’s role, she might still be a little rusty.

Having three of the four characters steeped in another dimension means they’re vulnerable in the real world, and that’s where Mayhem comes in. She hasn’t been let off her leash since the start of the season, and it wouldn’t surprise me if Cloak and Dagger lets her have a little fun.

The fate of New Orleans rests in these four characters’ hands. Can they keep it contained and save the city?
