Jurassic Park River Adventure at Islands of Adventure
Everyone loves dinosaurs. It’s just a fact of life. And when dinosaurs, classic films, and theme parks all mix together, you get Jurassic Park River Adventure at Islands of Adventure.
The ride starts off with a queue that’s shaded and has fans in some places. You’ll board a raft and start your journey to see some dinosaurs. The ride starts off pretty calm, but quickly you’ll realize that not everything is how it’s meant to be.
You enter a holding center for new creatures and all of the sudden sirens are going off. Raptors are on the loose. The ride ends with a big fall and an even bigger splash. They say if you sit in the back you are less likely to get wet, but we know otherwise. Every seat is a soaker. Jurassic Park River Adventure does offer Express Passes.
For those in your group that don’t want to walk around the park soaked, there are drying units just outside of the exit of the ride. If you’re looking for even more Dinosaur fun, be sure to check out the Raptor Encounter. It’s just around the corner from Jurassic Park River Adventure.
