While awards shows like the Billboard Music Awards are all about the actual awards, performances, and nominations, the other major component is the fashion. From the red carpet to the stage, there are always some amazing looks at any awards show, and the BBMAs are no different.

In fact, when it comes to unique fashion choices, the Billboard Music Awards is the place to be. And sure, there are the over-the-top gowns we expect from a red carpet, but there are also some dresses and suits that are all about personality and breaking the fashion mold.

As a fan of unique fashion, there is something special about seeing Taylor Swift or Halsey shine in dresses that you wouldn’t see on the typical red carpet of a show like the Grammy’s or the Oscars. (And yes, both of these fabulous ladies make our list of interesting fashion choices for the night, because they rocked their looks.)

When we look to the red carpet for fabulous fashion, we want to see stunning outfits and pops of color with ladies who wear their choices with confidence that makes them stand out from the crowd. And yes, every single lady we chose is fierce in their fashion choices. In fact, we wouldn’t mind rocking some of these looks for ourselves, although we probably don’t have a red carpet coming up to make that happen, so we will just have to live vicariously through these celebrity fashionistas.
