We may not all have seen Harry Potter and the Cursed Child yet but it is one of the best characterizations of the character and understands his pain he’s been through.

Harry Potter is a complicated character. Whether it be us understanding what he went through or looking at his story objectively, he has a lot to work through and one of the best explorations of those character faults is Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

The play does an incredible job of looking at everything that Harry has been through and how it has affected him as an adult. Whenever something goes wrong in his life, he reverts back his mistakes, especially with the play when he’s confronted with everything that happened with Cedric Diggory.

It isn’t something that Harry has to just push aside and grow from because of Voldemort, instead, now he’s facing all his problems head-on. Not only is it Cedric but he’s also looking at his mother and father and the relationship he never had with them and how that has affected his own children.

Maybe the show is just giving us a different version of Harry. And older more matured version who understands what is going on a bit more on his own. But still, it shows that the events of his past aren’t just something he can push aside and ignore. Harry Potter has grown for quite some time and now, it’s wonderful to see him coping with his past.

dark. Next. Would Harry Potter and his friends have survived Thanos’s snap?
