Avengers: Endgame: What happens to the six original Avengers?

Clint Barton
Endgame begins with Clint teaching his daughter how to use a bow and arrow and then he has to watch as his entire family was dusted. After that, Clint Barton becomes a renegade assassin, a disturbingly violent one at that.
Basically, Barton goes full Ronin, murdering bad guys all over the world for five years, leaving everything he knew behind to just forget that his family had vanished right before him. So, it makes sense we feel for Clint, but even when his family comes back at the end of Endgame, we’re a little creeped out because he did go off and murder a bunch of people (sure, they were mostly bad guys but still, Hawkeye lost it for a bit).
Barton may also be a little unhinged at the end of Endgame because he’s also the last one to see Natasha before she sacrifices herself for the Soul Stone.
Overall, the movie did a great job of giving Clint a storyline that shows he’s not just a guy who’s good with an arrow and has a secret family. That being said, the end makes it seem as if Barton is going back into retirement because he goes home to his family, who was returned by the Avengers reversing the Snap. Who knows what will happen to Clint’s future with the Avengers.
