Eleven has a birthday

We have seen Halloween, the holidays, and a lot of other adventures on Stranger Things, but we haven’t seen that many birthdays, especially in regards to Eleven. She is the kind of character that has a lot of firsts ahead of her because she didn’t have a typical childhood. Now that she’s living with Hopper, she can start to celebrate things like all her friends.

The theory comes from the episode titles, and while it can refer to any of the kids, Eleven is the only one who never really has a big birthday celebration. We don’t know if she had a birthday while she was with Papa in Hawkins Lab or if Hopper celebrated with her when they were in hiding in the woods, but it would make sense now that she’s out with her friends that they get to celebrate.

She could actually experience a birthday with her friends and see what it is like to be around them all while they sing for her, something she probably hasn’t ever thought of. Yes, it could mean we’ll just see anyone’s birthday, but the most common theory is that it is an episode to celebrate Eleven. If anyone deserves to be celebrated, it is Eleven, who has saved Hawkins over and over again.

Are all these theories going to happen in Stranger Things 3 or will others emerge as we get closer to the release? We’ll have to wait and see!
