What kinds of goodies will Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker bring this fall? Although there’s not much known yet, there is something you can buy now.

Warning: There are some minor possible spoilers for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker below.

As Avengers: Endgame reaches its peak of hype, another wave is building from Disney: Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. As found by r/StarWarsLeaks, you can already lay down $25 for four Loungefly pins from the film.

How do we know they’re from the film? Well, one of the pins shows D-0, who’s debuting in this film. Another shows Kylo Ren’s repaired mask, the red lines clearly visible to show what went into putting it back together. With that in mind, it’s time to take a look at the two newer pins.

One of them shows the familiar Rebel Alliance and Resistance symbol, but with a new detail added, in that there’s a shape outlined on the lower half. It could just be a detail added to make a familiar emblem be worth buying another time, or to give some visual interest and height. It could also be a symbol for a new Republic or a new Resistance born out of the destruction at the end of The Last Jedi.

But the one that’s getting the most speculation over on Reddit is the black-and-gold pin that has Kylo Ren, mask on, and Rey locked in lightsaber combat in front of waves that look like water. One fan has speculated that this is near where the ruins of the Death Star are, and that looks like it’s a misty planet with the potential for a waterside fight. Depending on how and why those Death Star ruins are involved, perhaps whatever is there is something both of them want. Kylo Ren simply wanting to stop Rey is just as likely, though.

As an aside, the detailing on the top and bottom of this pin, as well as the style of it, almost seems like a stained-glass window commemorating this moment. For something that’s a culmination of nine films and over 40 years, there’s an artistic note to this one that makes it truly lovely.

One last thing to note from this order form is that it’s “estimated to arrive” this coming September. That’s a little earlier than the Triple Force Friday that has already been confirmed for October 4, so it might make sense to assume it’ll be later in September.
