Cersei Lannister really is pregnant (maybe)

“No, that part is real,” Jaime says quietly when Tyrion asks if Cersei was lying about her pregnancy. Of course, the next part of their dialogue involves Cersei’s complicated relationship with the truth and so on, hence the “(maybe)” at the end of the above.

That doesn’t mean she will stay pregnant, but as far as Jaime knows — and Cersei doesn’t tend to lie to Jaime, as Tyrion himself points out — she really is pregnant. Keep your eyes and ears open on this one, though.
